An EV motor harness is the nervous system of an electric drivetrain: it carries power and signal between the motor, controller and battery in an environment of heat, vibration and moisture. Designing one is as much about the wire inside as the connectors on the ends.
Backward-integrated manufacturing helps here. When the conductor, the cable and the harness assembly come from the same plant, tolerances are controlled end to end and every harness can be tested against the same reference. IP67 sealing keeps water and dust out of the connections that matter most.
Hundred-percent end-of-line testing is the final safeguard. For an OEM, a harness fault that reaches the assembly line is expensive; catching it at the supplier is not. That's why testing coverage, not just price, decides who becomes a long-term harness partner.
